Founder and Principal Consultant

Kia-lee is a certified Human Resources professional with over 20 years of progressive  human resources, management and operations experience. Kia-lee has a Master's in Human Resources Management from Florida International University. She also maintains the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM- SCP) credentials.

Tina Perkins

Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner

Tina is certified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and has 10 years of recruiting experience. Additionally, experience in leading teams and initiatives, program and project management, business analyst, account management, and consulting. She has also implemented and supported several large software systems. Passionate about the candidate experience, Tina graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts.

Adrienne has over 15 years experience in Human Resources, HRIS and Payroll. Adrienne has a MBA and Master’s Certificate in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University. She also maintains the Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM- CP), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), and Work Life Certified Professional (WLCP) credentials 

Samantha McGinley

Samantha  has over 6 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management and HRIS. Samantha has an MBA with a focus in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University. She also maintains the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential.
